The Coop on Placerville Drive
The Coop is providing an “order by email/pick up at store service” on Tuesday or Thursday. In your message, provide list of items needed, phone number, and if you are a member (you don’t need to be). Many restaurants in Placerville have opened dining tables on the streets in front of their facilities. And many are offering curbside pick-up and take-out. Have a meal cooked by someone else and support a local business!
Freehand Farm This is a small family-owned local farm. They have a small farmstand* where you can pick up fresh vegetables, eggs, beef, ham, and milk. Honor system—drop cash or check into the box. Hooverville Orchards Call ahead and they’ll have your order ready for you. If there is more than one person working in the shop they’ll bring it out to your car. Website and location info here.
